You can become a maple syrup apprentice for 24 hours: learn the processes of making and transforming maple syrup. During your stay, take part in collecting maple sap, its evaporation, and bottling. You’ll leave with your own production — approximately 4 liters of maple syrup — along with your choice of a handcrafted product (maple taffy or maple caramel) that you’ll make yourself.
